Easy Pumpkin & Maca Latte
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk
- 3 tbsp. homemade pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. Karen Berrios Maca Powder
- 2 tsp. maple syrup or monk fruit
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp. instant coffee or shots of espresso
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until foamy.
- Place the mixture into your saucepan and cook on medium heat on the stovetop for 1 minute or until warm.
- Pour coffee into a large mug, add the foamy milk mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
