CHOCO ORANGE CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup (520ml) almond, soy or coconut milk
  • ½ cup (90 gr) Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • zest of 1 orange
  • ½ orange (juice)
  • 1/3 cup (70 gr) monk fruit or coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Karen Berrios Cacao Powder


Topping:



Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, add the Karen Berrios Chia Seeds.
  • Combine the almond milk, cinnamon sticks and coconut sugar in a medium saucepan and heat over low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Blend the mixture and stir it into the chía seed, whisk until be mixture. Add the cacao powder, orange juice and zest.
  • Transfer the mixture to 3 manson jars.
  • Refrigerate for 5 hours before eating.
  • Top with your favorites chopped fruits and Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs.
