Energy Boosting Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4-1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Maca Powder
  • 1 tsp Karen Berrios Camu Camu Powder
  • 2.5 tbsp flax seed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/3 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and add all of your ingredients in a bowl. mix until batter is formed.
  • Transfer to a greased or lined muffin pan & fill 3/4 way full.
  • Bake for 22-26 min and enjoy!
