With a quick internet search, you will find searches that pair the words “energy” and “Peruvian superfoods” together. Or even “Purvian culture.” Peru is so associated with energy. We are happy people, soaked in a colorful life and our foods helps us stay this way. Vibrant.
So why are Peruvian superfoods often thought of something that is energizing? Something that promotes longevity and vitality? We are going to get into exactly that.

2. With Maca, you can essential do the same thing with Cacao and combine the two. You can also sprinkle some Maca onto a healthy veggie based breakfast.
3. With Camu Camu, you can throw it into your afternoon smoothie or do a juice shot with it in the morning.
4. With Lucuma, you can bake this into your pancakes or incorporate baking into it for things like morning muffins and scones. You can also add it to coffee, tea, or smoothies.
5. With Chia seeds, you can make an overnight chia seed pudding that will be ready for you first thing in the morning. You can also sprinkle it onto salads.
