ANNIE'S BANANA BREAD

Ingredients and Instructions:

  • Mash 3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  • Then add in 1/2 cup almond butter (any nut butter is fine),3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 egg (or flax egg) and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well!
  • Then add in 2 teaspoons Karen Berrios Lucuma powder, 1 cup oat flour(can just blend up 1 cup of oats), 1 cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
