ANNIE'S GUT HEALTHY BOWL

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen papaya
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp Karen Berrios Maca Powder

Instructions:

  • Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl or cup! 
  • Top with anything you would like. I used more frozen strawberries, creamy peanut butter, Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs, coconut shreds, flax seeds, and cashew yogurt. 
  • Enjoy!
