EMILY'S CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients:

Toppings:
Almond butter, maple syrup,  Karen Berrios Chia Seeds, grain-free granola, banana.

Instructions:

  • Whisk the eggs, mashed banana & vanilla extract in a bowl. 
  • Blend oats in a blender to make oat flour
  • Sift all dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mix together and add chocolate chips!
  • Grease a pan with vegan butter and cook over medium heat! Flip when small bubbles start to form.
  • Add toppings and ENJOY!
