- 1/2 cup cacao butter
- 6 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons yacon syrup
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of Salt
- Chopped Pecans or almonds, or berries of your choice
Melt cacao butter and cacao nibs at low heat. When soft, remove from heat.
Add the powder ingredients and blend vigorously, make sure there are no lumps.
Add chopped pecans, almonds or berries of your choice.
Pour mix in a bowl and let cool. Fill up an ice-cube tray with mix and store in the freezer.
