Delicious Camu Camu Jello

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (200 ml) orange juice
  • 1 cup (200 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp. (6 gr) agar agar or unflavored gelatin
  • 5-6 tbsp. (50-60 gr) Monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp. (5 gr) @shopkarenberrios Camu Camu Powder

 

Optional:

  • Fruit (Chopped)

 

Cooking instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients of camu camu gelatin in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat over medium- low heat.  Add the chopped fruit if you want.
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
  • Serve each jelly with fruit and enjoy!
