
EASY HOMEMADE EGGNOG
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
- 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. Karen Berrios Ginger Root Powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. rum extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately with a dash of ground nutmeg sprinkled on top.
