Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour {I blend some oats until I get a flour consistency}
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Karen Berrios maca powder
  • 1 tbsp. Karen Berrios chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. flax meal
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter

Instructions:

Stir everything together, roll into balls (makes 7-8), & store in the fridge! (You can also toss them in a little more almond flour)
