
HANNA'S ENERGY BALLS
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oat flour {I blend some oats until I get a flour consistency}
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Karen Berrios maca powder
- 1 tbsp. Karen Berrios chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. flax meal
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
Instructions:
Stir everything together, roll into balls (makes 7-8), & store in the fridge! (You can also toss them in a little more almond flour)
