
GEORGIA'S GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
- 3 tbsp nut milk of choice
- 2 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs and shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Pulse until everything is combined, and a dough has formed. If the mixture still seems a little dry, add a bit more nut milk.
- Scoop and roll into 16 balls.
- Pour shredded coconut and cacao nibs onto a plate, and roll balls in toppings.
- Store in the fridge for maximum freshness. Enjoy!
