GEORGIA'S GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:

  •  ½ cup rolled oats
  •  1 cup pitted dates
  •  1 cup raw pecans
  •  1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  •  ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  •  3 tbsp nut milk of choice
  •  2 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
  •  1 tsp vanilla extract
  •  Pinch of salt
  •  Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs and shredded coconut for rolling

 Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  • Pulse until everything is combined, and a dough has formed. If the mixture still seems a little dry, add a bit more nut milk.
  • Scoop and roll into 16 balls.
  • Pour shredded coconut and cacao nibs onto a plate, and roll balls in toppings.
  • Store in the fridge for maximum freshness. Enjoy!
