GINGERBREAD GRANOLA

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds (chop if you want)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (I used cranberry)
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs
  • 1/4 cup Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 Blackstrap Molasses
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Can alter ingredients to make your own!

Directions:

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl with oats.
  • Add in the maple syrup, molasses, coconut oil and toss it all so it is coated.
  • Spread out on pan and bake for 20 minutes. At the 10 minute mark make sure to stir it up.

Easy to top on yogurt, smoothie, smoothie bowl, oatmeal, etc!
