Ingredients:⁠

  • 1/4 ripe avocado ⁠
  • 2 medium ripe bananas⁠
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries ⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Karen Berrios Camu Camu Powder⁠
  • 1 teaspoon of green spirulina ⁠
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups of vegetal milk ⁠
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed meal (optional)⁠
  • 2 tablespoons of salted creamy almond or peanut butter (optional)⁠

Blend all ingredients and add toppings... and enjoy!
