NIKKI'S HAZELNUT MOCHA CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients: 

  • 6 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 1/4 cup date syrup (or maple)
  • 3 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp mocha coffee (but you can also sub with more cacao powder)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl mix hazelnut butter, syrup, and cacao powder/mocha. Then add eggs one at a time until combined. With rubber spatula mix vanilla, almond flour, and chocolate chips. Scoop onto a cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes! Enjoy!
