HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oat flour*1
  • 5 pitted dates*2
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • Vegan chocolate chips

Notes:

Place 3 cups rolled oats in food processor. Pulse until fine.
Pit 5 dates. Soak in a cup of hot water. After 5min, drain water.

Instructions:

Place all ingredients (except for the separate cup of oats) and pulse until combined.
Add cup of oats and pulse.
Roll into balls and freeze for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips with 1tablespoon of almond milk.
Dip balls in chocolate.
Store in fridge.
