- 1/2 cup Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup honey or yacon syrup
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Lucuma Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk well until very smooth.
Place in the microwave for 25-30 seconds.
Then, place in a food processor and process, or you can whisk again until very smooth. It should not be nut butter or cacao bits remain.
Set aside for 15 minutes and it will thicken up until obtain chocolate sauce texture.
Store in the fridge.
If you will want to use it, just set out at room temperature and whisk well until very smooth. No heating it, because you may burn the chocolate.
Use over fruit salad, chia muffins, ice cream or any dessert of your choice.
