KAREN´S LUCUMA OVERNIGHT OATS
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2/3 cup almond milk
Toppings: greek yogurt, caramelized apples, and peanut butter
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, lucuma powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup, and almond milk.
- Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.
- Add your toppings and enjoy!
