KAREN'S CACAO ICED MOCHA
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup cold brew
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
Make the chocolate sauce by mixing together the coconut sugar, KB Cacao Powder, and water and pour into a pot on the stove. Bring to a boil and let simmer (stirring very frequently) for about 5 minutes. Then add your cold brew, milk, and 2-3 tbsp of the chocolate sauce into a blender and blend. Pour over ice and enjoy!
The extra chocolate sauce can be stored in the fridge and be used another day!
