KAREN'S THYROID BOOSTING GUACAMOLE

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, ripe and ready to use
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped of cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped seaweed (gives it a salty taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Karen Berrios Maca Powder
  • A big squeeze of lime
  • Optional extra pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a bowl, mash up the avocado to desired guacamole consistency. Fold in the rest of the ingredients, it does not matter which order. 

PRO TIP: Dip your artichoke leafs into this dip! Then you will have five of the thyroid healing foods in a single meal! Enjoy!
