KAREN'S THYROID BOOSTING GUACAMOLE
- 2 avocados, ripe and ready to use
- 2 tablespoons of chopped of cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped seaweed (gives it a salty taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Karen Berrios Maca Powder
- A big squeeze of lime
- Optional extra pinch of salt
In a bowl, mash up the avocado to desired guacamole consistency. Fold in the rest of the ingredients, it does not matter which order.
