LUCUMA FRUIT OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Few chocolate chips


Instructions:

  • Add oats, chia seeds, lucuma powder and milk in a glass or a cup. Let it sit for 15-20 min or overnight.
  • Now layer your overnight oats parfait as per your taste. I used homemade jam and layer it with oats.
  • I used walnuts, goji berry, choco chips, and bananas on top.
