MEGAN'S LUCUMA OATS

Ingredients and Instructions:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats cooked on a stovetop with 1/2cup of water and 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • While the oats are cooking in the liquid, add a bit of cinnamon and 2 tbsp of Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder 
  • Continue mixing until it’s to a consistency of your liking
  • Pour into a bowl and top with anything! (I topped it with 1/2 banana, strawberries, granola, and peanut butte)
