Lucuma Yogurt with Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

Salad:

  • 1/2 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 tangerine, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate cups
  • 1/2 chopped dragon fruit
  • 1/2 chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 chopped apple
  • Fruits of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon oat flakes
  • Crushed almonds to taste

Lucuma Yogurt:

Instructions:

Place the fruit in a large, clear glass bowl. Pour the lucuma yogurt over the fruit. Cover and refrigerate  before serving.
