MACA PROTEIN WAFFLES⁣⁣

Ingredients:⁣⁣

  • 2 cup all purpose flour⁣⁣
  • 1/4 cup corn starch⁣⁣
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder ⁣⁣
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ⁣⁣
  • 2 teespoons ground flax seed⁣⁣
  • 1 teaspoon salt⁣⁣
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder⁣⁣
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Karen Berrios Maca Powder⁣⁣
  • 2 cups almond milk⁣⁣
  • 1/4 cup mashed banana⁣⁣
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣⁣
Toppings:⁣⁣
  • Banana⁣⁣
  • Chocolate peanut butter
  • Frozen raspberries ⁣⁣
  • Pure maple syrup⁣
  • Cashew milk yogurt

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine wet ingredients. ⁣⁣
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. ⁣⁣
Pour wet into dry ingredients. ⁣⁣
Set aside batter and heat up waffle maker. ⁣⁣
Cook for 5 minutes.⁣⁣
