Maggie's Cookie Oats
1) Mix together 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 capful peppermint extract, dash of sweetener of choice, and 1 1/2 cups water.
2) microwave that for 3-4 minutes, until desired thickness reached
3) stir in vanilla protein powder of choice until creamy!
4) top with plant based yogurt, macadamia nuts, a peppermint chocolate,Karen Berrios cacao nibs, Karen Berrios chia seeds , and some fresh mint!! and pocky if you aren’t gluten free / vegan!
