Ingredients and Instructions:

  • Cook oats in microwave / preferred way
  • Mix in optional protein powder / collagen
  • Add some non dairy yogurt 
  • Meanwhile broil some grapes at 525°F for 5 minutes
  • Continúe topping bowl with sliced banana, pb&j, and Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
  • Top with your roasted grapes and a drizzle ofpeanut butter and you’re good to go! Enjoy!!!
