MAGGIE'S PICNIC CAKE
Ingredients and Instructions:
- In large bowl mix together 1 tsp white vinegar, 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, and 1 cup water.
- In separate bowl Mix together 1 1/2 cups AP flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup Karen Berrios Cacao Powder, 1 tsp baking soda and dash of salt.
- Pour into wet ingredients then stir just until combined. Let sit while your grease a 9” skillet then pour in batter. Bake at 350° for 28-30 minutes!
