MAPLE MACA PECAN CRUMBLE

Sweet Potato Mash:

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs


Peel & boil sweet potatoes in large pot on stove until tender. Drain potatoes. Mash with the rest of the ingredients and spread into a pan. Top with crumble and foil and bake for 25 minutes at 375. Remove foil and and bake another 30 minutes.

✨ Maple Maca Pecan Crumble ✨

  • 1 1/2 cups roughly chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons grass fed butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Karen Berrios Maca Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of sp casserole before baking.
