MIKAELA'S CHOCOLATE PB ENERGY BITES
- 1 cup oat flour (I just blend oats into a fine powder in my blender)
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter + 1/2 cup water (sub 1/2 cup peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 1/2 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Use a tbsp to scoop out bites and roll them into balls.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
- Makes about 15 bites.
