MIKAELA'S CHOCOLATE PB ENERGY BITES

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (I just blend oats into a fine powder in my blender)
  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter + 1/2 cup water (sub 1/2 cup peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder

Instructions:

  • Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Use a tbsp to scoop out bites and roll them into balls.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.
  • Makes about 15 bites.
