NIKKI'S SUPERFOOD REESE'S COOKIE BARS
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup plant based chocolate milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 cup gf AP flour
- 3 tbsp chocolate protein
- 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 dark chocolate peanut butter cups
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and add dry to wet and mix again. Pour into lined tin and top with chocolate. Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
