- 1 cup of any ripe fresh berries. (I prefer raspberries or blackberries)
- 1.5 tsp of Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
Wash berries thoroughly & transfer into bowl. Add chia seeds. Mash well with a fork until berries & chia are well combined. Store for up to 3 days in airtight container in the refrigerator.
Use in place of store-bought preserves/jelly.
