
Salted Chocolate Chunk Walnut Cookies
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Fck ton of cinnamon
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup sunflower butter (or any nut butter)
1 tbsp @shopkarenberrios chia seeds + 2.5 tbsp water
Splash of vanilla
Add-ins: Chopped chocolate + walnuts
Preheat oven to 325F. Make chia egg by combining chia seeds + water and set aside. Mix dry ingredients then add wet and mix again. Add chocolate chunks and walnuts, fold in. Form cookies on baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with flaky salt
