Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana⁣
  • 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional but gives it a nice creamy richness)⁣
  • 2 scoops collagen protein
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk⁣
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee or *cold* 
  • 4-5 ice cube

Instructions:

  • BLEND⁣
  • Top w/ coconut flakes & bee pollen⁣
  • Enjoy!
