
Single Serving Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix everything together until dough is formed.
- Form into large cookie and place onto parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 15 min at 350 F + ENJOOYY
