Single Serving Protein Cookies

Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips


Directions:

  • Mix everything together until dough is formed.
  • Form into large cookie and place onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 15 min at 350 F + ENJOOYY
