
EMILY'S SUPERFOOD OATS
Ingredients:
- Steel cut oatmeal
- Almond milk
- 1tsp Karen Berrios Maca Powder
- 1tsp Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
- Maple syrup (measurement depends how sweet you want it!)
Toppings:
- Blueberries
- Crunchy PB (A MUST, makes the oatmeal taste SO GOOD)
- Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs & Sea salt seeds
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat
- Stir everything together until mixture thickens
