Sweet Lucuma Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond milk

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until very smooth.

Spread a thin layer of lucuma butter in your waffles or pancakes... and enjoy!

Notes:

Add peanut butter if a thicker consistency is desired and coconut milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
