CAMU CAMU BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped⁠
  • 1 banana ⁠
  • 1/2 avocado⁠
  • 1 cup blueberries⁠
  • 3-4 Meedjol dates⁠
  • 2 teaspoons Karen Berrios Camu Camu Powder⁠
  • 1-1 1/2 cups of almond milk⁠

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until fully mixed. Top with fruit and/or vegetables of your choice Enjoy!.
