CHOCO LUCUMA RAW PIE
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g pecans
- 10-12 dried plums
- 8 Medjool dates
- 2 teaspoons Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 5 tablespoons Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 1 cup organic sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1-2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add pecans, plums, dates and cacao powder to a food processer and bled until mixed. Press into a pie pan.
Filling 1: Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Layer on top of base in pie pan.
Filling 2:Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Layer on top of first two layers in pie pan.
Top with fruit!
