How to use Cacao Nibs:
Add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon (depending on your preference) to:

Cacao vs. Cocoa
You should know that cacao is not the same as cocoa.
Most people are very familiar with cocoa powder. It is a staple in kitchen pantries and is used for baking. Cocoa is the base for hot cocoa, chocolate cake, even chocolate milk. It is typically roasted, ground, and then infused with other ingredients for preservation and to extend the shelf-life.
