SUPERFOOD BERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS: 1 heaping cup of frozen mixed berries 1 cup kale 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon almond butter 1/3 cup nut or oat milk Scoop of vanilla protein powder 1 teaspoon Karen Berrios Maca Powder 1 teaspoon Karen Berrios Camu Camu Powder INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy. PAN-FRIED PERSIMMON BREAKFAST TACOS

Ingredients: 2 corn tortillas 1 persimmon Cinnamon Coconut oil CBD choco glaze (visit @madelines_cookbook to recipe) Pomegranate seeds Almond butter with Karen Berrios Cacao Powder Instructions: Pan fry sliced persimmon in coconut oil and cinnamon. Place cooked persimmons on tortillas. Drizzle nut butter of choice & CBD Chocolate Glaze. CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Karen Berrios Chia Seeds 1 cup homemade cashew milk/any milk of choice. Add sweetener if you’d like (There was no need here since I added maple syrup to the cashew milk upon making it). Instructions: Throw ingredients in an airtight container, seal, & set in fridge overnight. Mix well in the morning.I added a bit more milk in AM because the cashew milk made it real thick. Add your choice of fruit...I felt like dark cherries (1/2 frozen) & fresh kiwi, skin on! Nut butter is also a fun add if you want a little extra satiety....

CINNAMON MACA LATTE

Ingredients:⁠ 8-10oz of almond milk 1 teaspoon of Karen Berrios Maca Powder 1 teaspoon of Karen Berrios Lucuma 1 big dash of cinnamon Instructions: Heat up the almond milk (but not too hot!), put it in a blender with the other ingredients and blend.
