ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Karen Berrios Maca Powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • Pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients. Whisk until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Get your cookie sheet ready, placing parchment paper on top.

Take 1 heaping teaspoon out of dough and mold it into little ball with both hands. Place ball on the cookie sheet and lightly press it down to about 2 inches in diameter, and so on.

Bake between 15-17 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool... Enjoy!
