VANESSA'S CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup homemade cashew milk/any milk of choice.
  • Add sweetener if you’d like (There was no need here since I added maple syrup to the cashew milk upon making it).

Instructions:

Throw ingredients in an airtight container, seal, & set in fridge overnight. Mix well in the morning.
I added a bit more milk in AM because the cashew milk made it real thick.
Add your choice of fruit...I felt like dark cherries (1/2 frozen) & fresh kiwi, skin on! Nut butter is also a fun add if you want a little extra satiety.
