Golden Berries Jam
- ½ cup Karen Berrios Golden Berries (soaked in water for overnight)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¾ cup Monk fruit
- 1/2 tsp. Karen Berrios Ginger Root Powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- ½ cup water
- In a food processor, blend the soaked golden berries until purée on high speed; mix it with the ginger, vanilla, lime juice, water, and monk fruit.
- Let the mixture to heat & boil for couple of minutes; stirring continuously.
- Transfer the hot jam into a jar, close it and let it cool.
