MAGGIE'S TWIX DALGONA COFFEE

Ingredients and Instructions:

Blend together 3 cups almond milk, 2 tablespoons Karen Berrios Cacao Powder, maple syrup to taste (about 2 tbsp is what I prefer). 
Vegan caramel:
Microwave 2 tbsp almond butter with a drop of vanilla and 2 tbsp maple syrup.
Whipped coffee:
Whip together 3 tbsp instant coffee, 3 tbsp monk fruit or sugar, and 1/4 cup boiling water
 
Layer the chocolate milk, whipped coffee, caramel, and then top with homemade or storebought Twix bars.
