Nicolette's Coconut Pancakes
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups vegan buttermilk, 2 cups oat milk + 1 tbsp CBD apple cider vinegar
2 tsp @shopkarenberrios maca
Directions: for let buttermilk sit for 5 minutes to “curdle” + whisk together all batter ingredients + grease a pan + pour out 1/3 cup of batter + let cook for 2 min, then flip | stack up cakes, drizzle on coconut butter, toasted coconut flakes, vegan butter, and lots of maple syrup
