VEGAN BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic flour⁠
  • 1/4 cup Karen Berrios Cacao Powder⁠
  • 1 cup coconut sugar⁠
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted⁠
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence⁠
  • 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate, melted⁠
  • 1 cup almond milk⁠

Instructions:⁠

Preheat oven to 320ºF(160ºC). ⁠

Line an square baking tin with parchment paper.⁠

In a bowl, add flour, cacao powder and coconut sugar and mix.⁠

Add oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and almond milk. Mix until smooth and combined.

Add chocolate chips and mix gently.⁠

Transfer brownie batter to prepared pan and bake between 20-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.⁠
