- 1 cup organic flour
- 1/4 cup Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup almond milk
Preheat oven to 320ºF(160ºC).
Line an square baking tin with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add flour, cacao powder and coconut sugar and mix.
Add oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and almond milk. Mix until smooth and combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
Transfer brownie batter to prepared pan and bake between 20-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
