SWEET SMOOTHIE
by Karen BerriosINGREDIENTS:
- 5 oz chopped carrots
- 4 oz strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 1 cup iced water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy.
LUCUMA ENERGY BITES
by Karen BerriosINGREDIENTS:
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 1/2 cup almonds or chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy.
Roll into 1/2 dollar sized balls.
SWEET GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 red apple
- 1 green apple
- juice from 3 grapefruits
- 1/2 tsp Karen Berrios Camu Cumu Powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender, and mix until smooth.
VEGGIE SMOOTHIE

- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 ripe pear
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 Karen Berrios Full Spectrum Probiotic Capsules
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy.
